I Love You received mixed reviews from music critics, earning a rating of 59 out of 100 on Metacritic based on 17 reviews. [13] Billboard described the album as "guiltless fun, just like any proper quickie." [14] The Observer said "amid the sighs and groans, she [Blank] hits the pop G-spot with her savvy hooks and superlative rhyming." [15] URB magazine noted that "whether it's the heart, soul or ovaries that are dictating the desires on I Love You's songs, always lurking under Amanda Blank's flow are Diplo's exotically growling beats, which remain sweaty, fast-paced and aggressive [...] her heartfelt lyrics makes [...] some of the most unexpectedly personable material to come out of Diplo's party-centric clique." In its first week, I Love You sold 4,000 units in the United States. [17] As of February 2022, the album had sold a total of 29,000 copies in the US, according to Billboard. [17]

Thomas Wesley Pentz, known professionally as Diplo, is an American DJ and music producer. He is the co-creator and lead member of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer; a member of the supergroup LSD, with Sia and Labrinth; a member of electronic duo Jack Ü, with producer and DJ Skrillex; and a member of Silk City, with Mark Ronson. He founded the record company Mad Decent in 2006, as well as the non-profit organization Heaps Decent the following year. His 2013 extended play (EP), Revolution, debuted at number 68 on the US Billboard 200. The EP's title track was later featured in a commercial for Hyundai and is featured on the WWE 2K16 soundtrack.
Naeem Juwan Hanks, better known by his stage name Spank Rock, is an American rapper and songwriter from Baltimore. He rose to fame with his 2006 album YoYoYoYoYo, which was produced by former group member Alex Epton (XXXChange). A harbinger of post-millennial alternative rap, the duo became known for its mixing of disparate hip hop and club genres, including Baltimore club, Miami bass, electro music and rock.
David James Andrew Taylor, better known by his stage name Switch, is an English songwriter, DJ, sound engineer, and record producer. He is best known for his work with Beyoncé, M.I.A. and Major Lazer, of which he was a founding member. He was nominated at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in the Record of the Year category for "Paper Planes" by M.I.A., which he co-produced with Diplo. Other artists he has produced include Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, Santigold, and Brandy among many others. Major Lazer is a Jamaican-American electronic dance music and DJ trio, which includes record producer Diplo, and DJs Walshy Fire and Ape Drums. They originate from Kingston, Jamaica, founded in 2008 by Diplo and Switch, with Switch leaving after three years in 2011. He was then replaced by both Jillionaire and Walshy Fire. In June 2019, Jillionaire left the group and was replaced by Ape Drums. Its music spans numerous genres, mixing reggae with dancehall, reggaeton, soca, house and moombahton.

Lykke Li is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Her discography consists of five studio albums, four extended plays (EPs), twenty-four singles, and twenty-two music videos. Eager to pursue a music career, Li began working with producer Björn Yttling of Swedish indie rock band Peter Bjorn and John when she was 19. The sessions resulted in her debut EP Little Bit, which she released on her own label LL Recordings in 2007. The release garnered attention from indie pop and mainstream publications in Sweden, while its title track peaked at number 20 on the Sverigetopplistan singles chart. Li soon released her debut studio album, Youth Novels (2008), which peaked at number three on the Swedish albums chart and spawned three more singles, including her second chart entry "I'm Good, I'm Gone". She then signed with Atlantic Records to distribute her releases worldwide. Youth Novels received widespread critical praise, but sales were poor.
I Never Learn is the third studio album by Swedish singer Lykke Li, released on 2 May 2014 by LL Recordings and Atlantic Records. The album was produced by Li, Björn Yttling and Greg Kurstin. It spawned the singles "No Rest for the Wicked", "Gunshot" and "Never Gonna Love Again".

The song's demo was leaked to the internet in December 2014, with twelve other tracks from the album. Its final version was released on December 20, 2014, with five other tracks on the iTunes store, as "an early Christmas gift" to avoid more leakage. The song was conceived while Madonna was in the studio with Diplo, who worked with the singer on more than eight songs for the album.

Diplo is the fourth studio album by American record producer Diplo. It was released through Higher Ground and Mad Decent on March 4, 2022. The album contains guest appearances from Miguel, Amtrac, Leon Bridges, Ry X, Elderbrook, Andhim, Paul Woolford, Kareen Lomax, Melé, Busta Rhymes, Lil Yachty, Sidepiece, Damian Lazarus, Jungle, TSHA, Aluna, Durante, WhoMadeWho, Seth Troxler, and Desire. While production was mainly handled by Diplo, some other guests on the album also produced the songs that they had collaborated with Diplo on, consisting of Amtrac, Andhim, Paul Woolford, Melé, Sidepiece, Damian Lazarus, Jungle, TSHA, Aluna, Darunte, and Seth Troxler. Other producers consist of Maximilian Jaeger, King Henry, Rampa, Ape Drums, Cesqeaux, Nitti Gritti as a solo producer as well, Alex Metric, Vito de Luca, Santell, Philip von Boch Scully, and Aryay. The album also serves as Diplo's first solo project in about 18 years.
