International College Hong Kong (ICHK) is an international kindergarten, primary and secondary school in Hong Kong based in two campuses in the northeastern New Territories.

ICHK Hong Lok Yuen

ICHK Hong Lok Yuen is a kindergarten and primary school located in the Hong Lok Yuen residential estate. It was established in the early 1980s. It was previously known as the Hong Lok Yuen International School.

The school is a fully authorised IB Primary Years Programme school. The school has a grass playing field as well as a playground, basketball court, school garden, and extensive open space that allows students to play and enjoy sports. The school is also an accredited Forest School Leadership Centre.

ICHK Secondary

ICHK Secondary is an English-medium, international secondary school situated in the northeastern New Territories of Hong Kong. In 2017, it was recognised as a Cambridge Strategies 800 school. [1]

It is a member of the Council of International Schools and an IB World School. It follows an inquiry-based approach to learning in the lower school while preparing students for the IGCSE in Years 10 and 11 and the IB Diploma in Years 12 and 13. [2] [3]

Location

ICHK secondary's campus lies in Shek Chung Au, a rural area on the north-west corner of Starling Inlet and near Luk Keng in Plover Cove Country Park. [4] [5]

Partner schools

ICHK Secondary was established on 28 October 2009 with the support of its three partner schools ICHK-Hong Lok Yuen, Japanese International School and Kingston International School. [6] [7] Primary students from the partner schools are offered guaranteed places at ICHK offering a through-train education from kindergarten to Year 13. [8] Students from other primary schools and from outside Hong Kong are also admitted.

Renaissance College Private school in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong

Renaissance College is a private independent international school run by English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong. Located in Ma On Shan near Heng On station, Renaissance College serves primary and secondary students. The school was founded in 2006 to replace the Phoenix International School, another school run by ESF. Since its inception, the school has offered the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. Renaissance College began to offer the IB Career-Related Programme in 2014.

Discovery College School in Hong Kong

Discovery College is a private independent school operated by the ESF in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. It offers both primary and secondary education on one campus. The school first opened in August 2008 after replacing another ESF school, Bauhinia School, which first opened in January 2002. Discovery College has five houses, and provides education from year 1 to year 13.

German Swiss International School School

The German Swiss International School is an international school in Hong Kong established in 1969 by German and Swiss families looking for a bilingual German-English education in an international setting. Beginning with 73 students in its inaugural year, GSIS now has approximately 1,250 students from over 30 countries.

French International School "Victor Segalen" of Hong Kong is a French international school in Hong Kong. It is the only accredited French school in Hong Kong (linked by an agreement with the Agency for French Teaching Abroad. It has over 2,500 students in four different campuses. Since September 2014, FIS expanded its operations to a new campus in Hung Hom. In September 2018, the FIS opened its new campus in Tseung Kwan O, closing the Hung Hom Campus.
