The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is an organisation that runs 22 international schools in Hong Kong. It is Hong Kong's largest English-medium organisation of international schools. It was founded in 1967 with the passage of the English Schools Foundation Ordinance.

It was established in 1985 and is built on a 24,000 m2 piece of land. It is designed to meet international standards in school requirements. It offers a Montessori Early Childhood Education Programme from Nursery 1 to KG2; bilingual English/Arabic curriculum for grades 1–8; a specially formulated pre-IB Bridge Years (BYP) curriculum for grades 9 + 10; and IB curriculum for grades 11 + 12. This school is recognized by the International Baccalaureate Organization as a full IB school. It offers the PYP system for grades 1-5 and the MYP system for grades 6-10 and finally the IB diploma for grades 11 and 12.
The International School of Indiana (ISI) is an independent private school in Indianapolis, Indiana. The school was founded in 1994. ISI offers classes from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade with more than 600 students. ISI is recognized as an IB World School, offering immersion programs for its students in the languages of Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese. Students can also begin learning a third language in Grade 6.
Discovery College is a private independent school operated by the ESF in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. It offers both primary and secondary education on one campus. The school first opened in August 2009 after replacing another ESF school, Bauhinia School, which first opened in January 2002. Discovery College has five houses, and provides education from year 1 to year 13.
The Independent Schools Foundation Academy (The ISF Academy) is a non-profit bilingual (Mandarin and English) private independent school in Hong Kong. It is also an IBO World School, and offers the IB Middle Years Programm and Diploma Programme. The campus is in Cyberport, Pokfulam, Hong Kong.
Tsukuba International School is a private, non-profit school for English-speaking children in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan. It was established by the foreign community in 1992 in response to the need for an English education option for foreign students in the area. The school currently includes a preschool, elementary school, middle school, and high school. As of September 2017, the school had 235 students in 14 grades, with 32 full-time staff and 7 part-time staff.

HKA graduated its first IB Diploma cohort in May 2012, and celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2020.
Qingdao Amerasia International School (QAIS) is a private, non-profit international school located in Qingdao, China, offering Montessori education from ages 1.5-5 and an inquiry-based curriculum up to age 18. QAIS has over 200 enrolled students representing 25 countries. Qingdao Amerasia International School is an International Baccalaureate World School, offering the full IB Continuum: the IB Primary Years Programme, IB Middle Years Programme, and IB Diploma Programme.
