Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Logos Academy (HKCCCULA) is the first school of the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union. [1] It is located in Tiu Keng Leng, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong.
It has two school buildings and is a direct subsidy one-stop school. HKCCCULA is also a Direct Subsidy-funded International Baccalaureate school.
The structure of HKCCCULA differs from other ordinary primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong. HKCCCULA adopts an eleven-year academic system, with two years of basic stage, five years of expansion stage and four years of mastery stage. In addition, HKCCCULA has "one school, two systems", that is, the 3–3–4 academic system and the International Baccalaureate Diploma program.
HKCCCULA's Form 5 students were the cohort to take the Secondary Education Examination (the last year of the examination was in 2010). The last batch of secondary school students who were not admitted directly to the school were the Form 6 and Form 7 students who graduated in 2012.
HKCCCULA is an International Baccalaureate Organization school in Hong Kong [2] that teaches both the Hong Kong New Senior Secondary Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) curriculum.
Compared to the educational system of traditional schools in Hong Kong, the school's primary school curriculum is only five years, and the entire primary and secondary school curriculum is only 11 years, one year less than that of traditional schools.
In 2022, HKCCCULA had two students who scored full marks in the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. [3]
In 2023, HKCCCULA participated in Hong Kong's first Butterfly Garden Certification Program to mark the National Ecology Day. [4]
Education in Hong Kong used to be largely modelled on that of the United Kingdom, particularly the English system. Since 2012, the overhaul of secondary school diploma has introduced changes to the number of school years as well as the two-tier general examinations. The DSE has replaced the old HKCEE and the A-levels. Education policy in Hong Kong is overseen by the Education Bureau and the Social Welfare Department.
The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), more commonly known as the International Baccalaureate (IB), is a nonprofit foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and founded in 1968. The programme provides an internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education and is recognized by many universities worldwide. It was developed in the early-to-mid-1960s in Geneva, Switzerland, by a group of international educators. After a six-year pilot programme that ended in 1975, a bilingual diploma was established.

YCIS educates children from Kindergarten to Secondary. YCIS is operated by Yew Chung Education Foundation. At YCIS, they support learning through Chinese and English as well as French and Spanish.
Renaissance College is a private independent international school run by English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong. Located in Ma On Shan near Heng On station, Exit A, Renaissance College serves primary and secondary students. The school was founded in 2006 to replace the Phoenix International School, another school run by ESF. Since its inception, the school has offered the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. Renaissance College began to offer the IB Career-Related Programme in 2014.
The Australian International School (AIS), in Singapore is a co-educational international school in Singapore that offers IB, IGCSE and Australian curricula. The school is owned by Cognita. AIS is made up of three sub-schools: Early Years ; an Elementary School and a Secondary School.
The A-level is a subject-based qualification conferred as part of the General Certificate of Education, as well as a school leaving qualification offered by the educational bodies in the United Kingdom and the educational authorities of British Crown dependencies to students completing secondary or pre-university education. They were introduced in England and Wales in 1951 to replace the Higher School Certificate. The A-level permits students to have potential access to a chosen university they applied to with UCAS points. They could be accepted into it should they meet the requirements of the university.

The school first opened in August 2009 after replacing another ESF school, Bauhinia School, which first opened in January 2002.
