Ischnochiton comptus is a medium-sized polyplacophoran mollusc in the family Ischnochitonidae. ^[1]

The species is 30 mm in size. ^[4]

Distribution

Mainly distributed in the North Pacific region, ^[2] such as: South Korea, Taiwan, ^[4] Mainland China, ^{[3] [5]} Japan especially in central Honshu. ^{[1] [6]} Can be seen on rocks in intertidal zone and neritic zone. ^[4]
