Tan Sri Kamarul Ariffin bin Mohamed Yassin (born 12 August 1934) [1] [2] served as the Chairman of the World Scout Committee. [3]

In 1983, he was awarded the 160th Bronze Wolf , the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting, at the 25th World Scout Conference. [4] He was also a recipient of the Silver World Award.
