Tan Sri Datuk Seri Ahmad Fuad bin Ismail (born 16 July 1953) was the 9th mayor of Kuala Lumpur from 2007 to 2013. [1] He took office from 14 December 2007 to 12 July 2013. [2]

Elyas was the president of the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) and during his tenure,Malaysia won the Thomas Cup in 1992. In football,Elyas was president of Kuala Lumpur FA when it won the Malaysia Cup three times in a row from 1987 to 1989. On 17 November 1992,he was succeeded by Mazlan Ahmad as Mayor of Kuala Lumpur.
Hamzah bin Abu Samah was a Malaysian politician,lawyer and sports administrator who served as the president of Asian Football Confederation from 9 December 1978 to 1 August 1994. In 2006,he was conferred the FIFA Order of Merit for his contribution towards Asian football.
