Khaled Mahmud Sujon (born 26 July 1971) is a former Bangladeshi cricketer and current head coach of Dhaka Capitals.He is also former Test and One Day International captain. A medium-pace bowler and middle-order batsman,he played international cricket for Bangladesh from 1998 to 2006,captaining the team from 2003 to 2004. [1]
He scored his only List A cricket century which was 145* against Bhahawalpur where he along with Minhajul Abedin Nannu set the highest 5th wicket stand in List A cricket history(267*) [2] [3]
Mahmud was born in Dhaka. An all-rounder in domestic cricket,his international success was mostly limited to his bowling in One Day Internationals,peaking with the defeat of Pakistan in the 1999 World Cup,when he scored 27 and took 3 for 31 off 10 overs and won the man of the match award. [4] He took 4 for 37 and 3 for 68 in the Third Test against Pakistan at Multan in 2003–04. [5] Mahmud retired from international cricket in 2006,scoring a respectable 36 in his final match.
Since retirement,Mahmud has held several roles with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). He was operations manager of the National Cricket Academy prior to being made appointed assistant coach to the national team in 2009. [6] In 2013,he was elected as one of 25 BCB directors. [7] He has also worked as manager of the team,selector and technical director. [8] [9] He served as team director during the 2023 World Cup. [10]
In July 2017,he suffered a stroke and was taken to Singapore for treatment. [11]

Shahadat Hossain is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his Test debut in 2005 during Bangladesh's first tour of England. When he came onto the international scene he was cited by then coach Dav Whatmore as the fastest bowler in the team. The following year,Hossain made his One Day International (ODI) debut against Kenya. At times Hossain has struggled with conceding too many runs,and for that reason was dropped in 2009. In November 2010,Hossain was a member of the squad that won Bangladesh's first gold in any event at the Asian Games. A broken toe prevented Hossain from playing for Bangladesh in July 2011,but after more than a year since his last Test he returned to the squad in October that year. In November 2019,he was given a five-year ban from cricket,after assaulting a teammate. He made history being the first Bangladeshi to take a hat-trick in the ODI format.
Mushfiqur Rahim is a Bangladeshi cricketer and the former captain of the Bangladesh national cricket team. He is a right-handed middle-order batter and wicket-keeper in the national team.
The Multan Cricket Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Multan,Punjab,owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board. The stadium is located off Vehari Road,in the suburbs of Multan. The stadium is home of Pakistan Super League team Multan Sultans. It can host 35,000 spectators. The stadium hosted its first Test match in August 2001,when Pakistan faced Bangladesh in the 2001–02 Asian Test Championship.

Mohammad Mahmudullah Riyad,also known as Riyad,is a Bangladeshi cricketer and former T20I captain. He plays for Dhaka Division and has represented national team in all formats. An all-rounder,he is a lower or middle-order batter as well as an off spin bowler. He has scored more than 10,000 runs and taken 150+ wickets in international cricket. He is renowned for his ability to finish a close limited over game. He is the first Bangladeshi to score a World Cup hundred. Mahmudullah started his career as a bowler and then converted into a batsman who could bowl off-breaks.
Shafiul Islam Suhas is a Bangladeshi cricketer. A right-arm fast-medium bowler,Shafiul has played for Rajshahi Division since 2006.
Mohammad Rubel Hossain is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his international debut in January 2009 aged 19. He has the highest bowling average of any pace bowler to have bowled at least 2,000 deliveries in Test cricket. He is a quick bowler with a slingy action similar to Lasith Malinga's. Hossain announced his retirement from Test cricket on 19 September 2022.

He is a batter who occasionally bowls leg spin. He was the highest run scorer for a test playing nation in the 2016 Asia Cup and became man of the tournament. He made his international debut in February 2014.

He represents Dhaka Metropolis in first-class and List A cricket and the Rangpur Rangers franchise in the Bangladesh Premier League. Taskin Ahmed is the first Bangladeshi cricketer to take 5 wickets on ODI debut.
Taijul Islam is a Bangladeshi left-arm orthodox spinner who plays for the Bangladesh national cricket team. He made his international debut for Bangladesh in September 2014.

Mustafizur Rahman is a Bangladeshi international cricketer. A left-arm fast-medium bowler,he is recognized for his most prolific 'slower cutters' all over the world. Born on 6 September 1995,in Satkhira,Bangladesh,Mustafizur Rahman's career took off during the 2015 Bangladesh Premier League when he caught the attention of cricket pundits with his ability to bowl accurate cutters and slower deliveries,earning him the nickname "The Fizz." This talent quickly propelled him to international prominence.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz is a Bangladeshi international cricketer who plays for the Bangladesh national team. A bowling-all-rounder,he is a right-handed batter and a right-arm off break bowler. On 11 February 2016,he was awarded 'Player of the Tournament' at the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup 2016,becoming the only Bangladeshi player to achieve this honor in an ICC Event. Mohammad Saif Hassan is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his international debut for the Bangladesh cricket team during tour to Pakistan in February 2020. Hassan's mother's family is from Sri Lanka.
The Bangladesh cricket team toured Pakistan in January and February 2020 to play one Test match and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches against the Pakistan cricket team. The Test series formed part of the inaugural 2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship.
The 2021 Bangladeshi cricket season is taking place from 20 January to 31 December 2021. A total of 29 international matches,including 4 Test,9 One Day International and 16 Twenty20 International matches are scheduled to take place in Bangladesh in 2021. 72 first-class,5 List A and 54 Twenty20 matches are also being held in this season. All the international matches will form part of the 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League,2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship,2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship and the preparation for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
