Laccobius is a genus of water scavenger beetles in the family Hydrophilidae. There are at least 70 described species in Laccobius. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
Hydrophilidae, also called water scavenger beetles, is a family of chiefly aquatic beetles. Aquatic hydrophilids are notable for their long maxillary palps, which are longer than their antennae. Several of the former subfamilies of Hydrophilidae have recently been removed and elevated to family rank; Epimetopidae, Georissidae, Helophoridae, Hydrochidae, and Spercheidae. Some of these formerly-included groups are primarily terrestrial or semi-aquatic.
These 71 species belong to the genus Laccobius:
Laccobius agilis is a species of water scavenger beetle in the family Hydrophilidae. It is found in North America.
Laccobius borealis is a species of water scavenger beetle in the family Hydrophilidae. It is found in Central America and North America.
Laccobius cinereus is a species of water scavenger beetle in the family Hydrophilidae. It is found in Europe & Northern Asia and North America.

In computing, a digital object identifier (DOI) is a persistent identifier or handle used to identify objects uniquely, standardized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). An implementation of the Handle System, DOIs are in wide use mainly to identify academic, professional, and government information, such as journal articles, research reports and data sets, and official publications though they also have been used to identify other types of information resources, such as commercial videos.
An International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is an eight-digit serial number used to uniquely identify a serial publication, such as a magazine. The ISSN is especially helpful in distinguishing between serials with the same title. ISSN are used in ordering, cataloging, interlibrary loans, and other practices in connection with serial literature.
The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) is a numeric commercial book identifier which is intended to be unique. Publishers purchase ISBNs from an affiliate of the International ISBN Agency.
