Lissopsius is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least three described species in Lissopsius, found in Mexico and Central America. [1] They are generalist parasitoids of caterpillars. [2]
These three species belong to the genus Lissopsius:
Araucania is an invalid genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae, found in South America. There are at least two described species in Araucania.
The Doryctinae or doryctine wasps are a large subfamily of braconid parasitic wasps (Braconidae). Numerous genera and species formerly unknown to science are being described every year. This subfamily is presumably part of a clade containing otherwise any or all of the Alysiinae, Braconinae, Gnamptodontinae, Opiinae and Ypsistocerinae, and might be most closely related to the last one of these. Whether the Rogadinae are also part of this group is not known.
Apanteles is a very large genus of braconid wasps, containing more than 600 described species found worldwide. There are no native species in New Zealand, and none have been recorded in the high arctic.
Alabagrus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 100 described species in Alabagrus.
Eubazus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 140 described species in Eubazus.
Triaspis is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 110 described species in Triaspis.
Heterospilus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 130 described species in Heterospilus.
Macrocentrus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 180 described species in Macrocentrus.
Phanerotoma is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 190 described species in Phanerotoma.
Pygostolus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are about eight described species in Pygostolus.
Rogas is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 100 described species in Rogas.
Ivondrovia is a genus of parasitoid wasps belonging to the subfamily Doryctinae of the family Braconidae. This genus contains two species. It is found in the Afrotropical region.
Ivondrovia grangeri is a species of parasitoid wasp belonging to the subfamily Doryctinae of the family Braconidae. It is endemic to Kenya.
Ivondrovia seyrigi is a species of parasitoid wasp belonging to the subfamily Doryctinae of the family Braconidae. It is endemic to Madagascar.
Yelicones is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least 120 described species in Yelicones.
Ondigus is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least two described species in Ondigus, found in Mexico and Central America.
Heerz is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least four described species in Heerz, found in Mexico and Central America.
Trachypetinae is a subfamily of the parasitic wasp family Braconidae. The family Trachypetidae was erected in 2020 for three rare Australian genera of large parasitoid wasps formerly included in the Braconidae, but was reduced to a subfamily in 2022.
Protomicroplitis is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are at least three described species in Protomicroplitis, found in the New World.
Xanthomicrogaster is a genus of braconid wasps in the family Braconidae. There are about six described species in Xanthomicrogaster, found in the Neotropics.
