This is a list of Danish football transfers for the 2008-09 winter transfer window. Only moves featuring at least one Danish Superliga club are listed.
The 2008-09 Danish Superliga had its winter break between 8 December 2008 and 28 February 2009. The winter transfer window opened on 1 January 2009, although a few transfers took place prior to that date; although a carry-over from the summer 2008 transfer window. The window closed at midnight on 2 February 2009. Players without a club may join one at any time, either during or in between transfer windows. If need be, clubs may sign a goalkeeper on an emergency loan, if all others are unavailable.

It was governed by the Danish Football Association. It started with the first match on July 18, 2007 and ended with the final match on May 24, 2008.
The 2008–09 Danish Superliga was the 19th season of Danish Superliga league championship, which determines the winners of the Danish football championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. The season started on 19 July 2008 and ended on 31 May 2009. The defending champions were Aalborg BK.
The 2013–14 season is AaB's 31st consecutive season in the top flight of Danish football, 24th consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, and the 128th year as a football club. AaB will participate in the Europa League this season, coming in 5th place in the 2012–13 Danish Superliga. The club had the most successful season in its history, winning the Danish Superliga for a fourth time and the Danish Cup for a third time, therefore becoming the fifth Danish club to complete the "Double".
The 2012–2013 season is AaB's 30th consecutive season in the top flight of Danish football, 23rd consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, and 127th year in existence as a football club.
The 2018–19 season was AaB's 36th consecutive season in the top flight of Danish football, 29th consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, and 133rd year in existence as a football club.
The 2020–21 season was AaB's 38th consecutive season in the top flight of Danish football, 31st consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, and 135th year in existence as a football club.
The 2021–22 season is AaB's 39th consecutive season in the top flight of Danish football, 32nd consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, and 136th year in existence as a football club.
The 2022–23 Danish Cup, also known as Pokalen, was the 69th season of the Danish Cup competition. F.C. Copenhagen took the tournament, securing its 9th Cup with a 1–0 win over AaB and qualifying for the Europa Conference League second qualifying round.
