The 2010–11 Eredivisie is the 55th season of Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. It began on 6 August 2010 with the first matches of the season and ended on 29 May 2011 with the last matches of the European competition and relegation playoffs. FC Twente were the reigning champions, having won their first Dutch championship the previous season. A total of 18 teams took part in the league. Ajax won their 30th title after beating FC Twente 3–1 on 15 May 2011.
The 2012–13 Eredivisie was the 57th season of Eredivisie, since its establishment in 1955. It began on 10 August 2012 with the first match of the season and ended on 26 May 2013, with the last matches of the European competition and relegation play-offs.

The 2014–15 Eredivisie season was the 59th season of the Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. On 18 April 2015, PSV were confirmed as champions of the season, thus ending the four-year reign of Ajax.

They participated in the league, finishing third, and the KNVB Cup, where they were eliminated by Heerenveen in the second round. It was Michel Jansen's only full season as manager while Alfred Schreuder earned his coaching badges.

During the 2017–18 FC Twente season, the club will participate in the Eredivisie and the KNVB Cup. It will be 53rd season in the history of the club and the 34th consecutive season in the top flight of the Dutch football.
The 2017–18 season is PEC Zwolle's 107th season of play, it marked its 16th season in the Eredivisie and its 6th consecutive season in the top flight of Dutch football.
The 2018–19 season was Feyenoord's 111th season of play, the club's 63rd season in the Eredivisie and its 97th consecutive season in the top flight of Dutch football. It was the fourth season with manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst. Feyenoord entered the 2018–19 KNVB Cup in the first round and the 2018–19 UEFA Europa League in the third preliminary round.
The 2019–20 Eredivisie was the 64th season of the Dutch football league Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. The season began on 2 August 2019 and was suspended on 12 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Netherlands. The season was abandoned on 24 April, and was declared void the following day.

The 2020–21 season is Ajax's 121st season in existence and the club's 65th consecutive season in the Eredivisie. In addition to the domestic league, Ajax will participate in this season's edition of the KNVB Cup and the UEFA Champions League.
The 2019–20 season was VVV-Venlo's 115th season in existence and the club's 12th consecutive season in the top flight of Dutch football. In addition to the domestic league, VVV-Venlo participated in this season's edition of the KNVB Cup. The season covered the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.
