The board of directors contain nine members, mainly from the Gulf Cooperation Council. Members are chairs, previous chairpersons, or current Chief Executive Officers of sovereign wealth funds, regional investment firms or global financial services firms.

John C. Edmunds is an American economist, professor, and author, currently serving as Research Director of the Institute for Latin American Business Studies at Babson College. His work and opinions on the financial expansion leading to the 2008 financial crisis are controversial. He has served on the faculties of Boston University, Tufts University, Hult International Business School, and Harvard University.

Nataliey Bitature is a Ugandan entrepreneur and executive currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Simba Group. Bitature was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2015 and is the daughter of Patrick Bitature, one of the richest people in Uganda.

Walter Bayly Llona is a Peruvian economist and financier, and the Chief Executive Officer of Credicorp. He previously was CEO of Banco de Crédito del Perú, the largest bank in Peru. He is a member of the board of the Institute of International Finance.

Stephen Hodges is an educator who was President of Hult International Business School and also Chairman of the Hult Prize. He was President of Hult International Business School from 2006-2022. Under his leadership Hult grew into a leading global business school known for its innovation. Today, Hult has campuses around the world, over 5,000 degree students, over 6,000 executive students annually and is consistently ranked in the top 50 business schools in the world. In 2018 Hult became the only triple-accredited US business school.
