The Oka Sho (桜花賞) is a Japanese Grade 1 flat horse race in Japan. The race is restricted to three-year-old Thoroughbred fillies and is run over a distance of 1,600 metres at Hanshin Racecourse in Takarazuka, Hyōgo. Run in early April, it is the traditional start to the annual classic races for three-year-olds in Japan.

Fenerbahçe Rowing is the men's and women's rowing section of Fenerbahçe S.K., a major sports club in Istanbul, Turkey. Fenerbahçe Rowers use the Dereağzı Facilities as homeground. Founded in 1914, both the men's and women's rowing teams are the most successful in Turkey, having won the Turkish Men's Rowing Championship a record 35 times and the Women's Rowing Championship a record 18 times, amongst others.

The Lynchburg Hornets are the athletic teams that represent the University of Lynchburg, located in Lynchburg, Virginia. On July 1, 2018, the institution's name changed from Lynchburg College to the University of Lynchburg. Lynchburg's intercollegiate athletic programs compete primarily in NCAA Division III, with its equestrian teams competing in the Intercollegiate Horse Shows of America and National Collegiate Equestrian Association competition formats. The Lynchburg athletic department sponsors 24 varsity intercollegiate athletic programs.
