The Lebanon women's national football team represents Lebanon in international women's football. The team is fielded by the Lebanese Football Association (LFA), the governing body of football in Lebanon, and competes as a member of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Lebanon competed in their first international match on 19 April 2006, a 12–0 defeat against Algeria at the 2006 Arab Women's Championship. More than 100 players have made at least one international appearance for the team.

Lebanese people in Kuwait have a population exceeding 41,775 and other estimates report a total of 106,000 Lebanese in Kuwait. Lebanese people form one of the largest community of non-citizen Arabs in Kuwait. In addition, an increasing number of Lebanese students seeking education and career opportunities opted for the country in light of its relatively reputable institutions across the Middle East. Most of the Lebanese people in Kuwait live mainly in the capital city of Kuwait City.
The Lebanese Women's Football League is the only league of women's football in Lebanon. It is run by the Lebanese Football Association and began in May 2008, with six teams participating in the debut season. As of the 2022–23 season, eight teams participate in the league.

The 2022 WAFF U-18 Girls Championship was the third edition of the WAFF U-18 Girls Championship, the international women's football youth championship of Western Asia organized by the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF). It was held in Lebanon from 19 to 25 October 2022.
