The Arab Games are a regional multi-sport event held between nations from the Arab world. A men's football tournament has been held at every session of the Games since 1953, except for 2004. Since the 2023 edition, the tournament has been limited to under-23 teams, plus up to three overage players for each squad. [1] [2]

The 20th Arabian Gulf Cup was the twentieth edition of the biannual Gulf Cup competition, and took place in Aden, Yemen, from 22 November to 5 December 2010. The 2022–23 Algerian Cup is the 56th edition of the Algerian Cup. It returns after two years of break due to COVID-19 pandemic. It is sponsored by Mobilis and known as the Mobilis Algerian Cup for sponsorship purposes. The winners will qualify to the 2023–24 CAF Confederation Cup. CR Belouizdad are the defending champions.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2023 Arab Games</span> International multi-sport event

The 2023 Arab Sports Games was the 13th edition of the Arab Games, an international multi-sport event which took place in Algeria, between 5 and 15 July 2023. The event included 22 sports with all 22 mebers of the Arab League participating. For the first time, five cities hosted the games: Algiers, Oran, Constantine, Annaba and Tipaza.

The men's football tournament at the 2023 Arab Games was held from 2 to 14 July 2023 in Algeria, following an 11-year hiatus. Matches will be played in Annaba and Constantine. For the first time, teams are restricted to under-23 players, and a maximum of three over-aged players.
