Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was a Pakistani singer, songwriter, and music director. He was primarily a singer of qawwali — a form of Sufi devotional music. Often called the "Shahenshah-e-Qawwali", he is considered by The New York Times to be the greatest qawwali singer of his generation. He was described as the fourth greatest singer of all time by LA Weekly in 2016. He was known for his vocal abilities and could perform at a high level of intensity for several hours. Khan is widely credited with introducing qawwali music to international audiences. He was also a master in Hindustani classical music.

She has been nominated for Nigar awards several times, winning it 13 times. She has appeared in over 150 films films. She was a leading actress in the Pakistani film industry for 28 years.

Border is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language epic war film written, produced and directed by J. P. Dutta. Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, it is an adaptation of real life events that happened during the Battle of Longewala in 1971. The film stars an ensemble cast of Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Sudesh Berry, Puneet Issar and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. Tabu, Raakhee, Pooja Bhatt and Sharbani Mukherjee feature in supporting roles.

Mirza Nazir Baig, best known by his screen name Nadeem , is a Pakistani actor, singer and producer. He is regarded as the best all-time Pakistani actor in a heroic role. He has appeared in over two hundred films during his 56-year-long career. It is said that Lollywood's history is incomplete without Nadeem's name. He has also been honored with the Pride of Performance award in 1997. He has also won a record 16 Nigar Awards as an actor.

Sahiba Afzal is a Pakistani actress and producer. She is the daughter of Nisho and Inam Rabbani. She has appeared in several movies in Pakistan, including Hero (1992), Hathi Meray Sathi (1993), Munda Bigra Jaey (1995), Chor Machaye Shor (1996), Lur Da Sheitan (1996), Yawa Gunah Bala Sahi (1996), Ham To Chalay Susral (1996) and Munafiq (2013).

Ejaz Durrani, known mononymously as Ejaz, was a Pakistani film actor, director and producer active from 1956 to 1984. He was married to legendary Pakistani actress-singer Noor Jehan. He is mostly remembered for his portrayal of Ranjha in the film Heer Ranjha (1970). He was especially known for portraying Punjabi culture folk heroes in epic love stories such as Heer Ranjha and Mirza Sahiban.

Bahar Begum is an actress best known for many Pakistani movies since 1956. She was first introduced to the Pakistani film industry by the renowned film director Anwar Kamal Pasha in the film Chann Mahi (1956). Anwar Kamal Pasha is the one that gave her the professional film world name Bahar Begum. She later acted both in Punjabi, Pashto and Urdu language Pakistani films and had a very active career from 1956 through the 1980s. She has more than 600 films to her credit.

Aliya, also known as Aaliya is a Pakistani film actress. She acted in both Urdu and Punjabi films and is known for her roles in films Andaleeb, Anhoni, Maula Jatt, Yeh Adam, Lado Rani and Neend Hamari Khwab Tumhare.

Rehana Siddiqui was a Pakistani actress. She was known for her roles in dramas Zameen, Fasad Ki Jar, Takmeel, Machalay Ka Sauda, Saat Bhiraie and Barson Baad.
