Mehwish Hayat is a Pakistani actress who primarily works in Urdu films, and formerly, in television. She made her debut in the film with the comedy Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015) and later went on to become an Actor in Law (2016). Hayat had since starred in the comedies Punjab Nahi Jaungi (2017), Load Wedding (2018), and London Nahi Jaunga (2022), all of which rank among one of highest-grossing Pakistani films.

While Mai Hoon Shahid Afridi was an average success, Jawani phir Nahe ani went on to become the highest grossing film of Pakistan cinema and broke all the previous Box office records while earning more than 490 million at the box office. He also wrote Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, which was released on 2018 Eid al-Adha and broke the all time biggest box office grosses record.It also went on to become the First Pakistani film to make 700 Million rupees worldwide. Chaudhry is also known for hosting the comedy show, Mazaaq Raat, on Dunya News since 2015.

The film stars Humayun Saeed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahmad Ali Butt, Vasay Chaudhry and Mehwish Hayat. The supporting cast includes Sohai Ali Abro, Jawed Sheikh, Ismail Tara, Bushra Ansari, Ayesha Khan, Sarwat Gillani and Uzma Khan. The film is about a single man who is a divorce lawyer. He takes his three married friends on a trip to help them escape their wives and the monotony of their lives.
Na Maloom Afraad 2 is a 2017 Pakistani action comedy film, co-written and directed by Nabeel Qureshi and produced by Fizza Ali Meerza and Mehdi Ali. It is a sequel to Na Maloom Afraad (2014). The film stars Fahad Mustafa, Javed Sheikh, Mohsin Abbas Haider and Urwa Hocane reprising their roles from the previous film. New additions to the cast include Marina Khan and Hania Amir. It is sequel to the 2015 film Jawani Phir Nahi Ani, and the second installment in Jawani Phir Nahi Ani film series. The cast includes Humayun Saeed, Ahmed Ali Butt, Vasay Chaudhry, Uzma Khan and Sarwat Gillani all of whom reprise their roles from previous film, along with Fahad Mustafa, Kubra Khan, and Mawra Hocane who join the franchise.

After its national success, it became the first Pakistani film to be dubbed into ten languages for multiple international theatrical releases, distributed worldwide by Annalisa Zanierato, for Pantera Film.
3 Bahadur: Rise of the Warriors is a Pakistani animated action film directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and written by Kamran Khan. It is the last installment in 3 Bahadur trilogy. The film stars the voices by Mehwish Hayat, Fahad Mustafa, Sarwat Gillani, Nimra Bucha and Behroze Sabzwari. It released nationwide on 14 December 2018 by ARY Films.
