The Central Treaty Organization (CENTO), formerly known as the Middle East Treaty Organization (METO) and also known as the Baghdad Pact, was a military alliance of the Cold War. Syed Mujtaba Hussain Kirmani is an Indian cricketer who played cricket for India and Karnataka as a wicket-keeper. In 2016, he was awarded the Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honour bestowed by BCCI on a former player. Kirmani was a member of the Indian team that won the 1983 Cricket World Cup.

Mirza Nazir Baig, best known by his screen name Nadeem , is a Pakistani actor, singer and producer. He is regarded as the best all-time Pakistani actor in a heroic role. He has appeared in over two hundred films during his 56-year-long career. It is said that Lollywood's history is incomplete without Nadeem's name. He has also been honored with the Pride of Performance award in 1997. He has also won a record 16 Nigar Awards as an actor.

Survivor Pakistan was Pakistan's version of the popular show Survivor. The show only ran for one season that aired from August to November 2006. Due to the culture of Pakistan, only men were allowed to take part in this season which caused some protest within Pakistan. Unlike most seasons of Survivor that take place in relatively warm conditions, this season took place in a cold secluded mountain range in Pakistan.

Nauman Ijaz is a Pakistani television and film actor, TV anchorperson, and TV show presenter. He is the recipient of several accolades, including 10 Lux Style Awards, 7 Hum Awards and a President's Pride of Performance, which was awarded to him in 2012.

Samina Ahmad is a Pakistani film and television actress, stage performer, producer and director. She is one of the most popular actress of her time and was one of the most successful actress of 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. She is a veteran television actress with over 55 years of work experience in the Urdu entertainment industry. Ahmad performed for many of PTV's major successful series, including Waris (1979), Aahat (1991) and Family Front (1997). One of her most recent roles includes Geo TV's widely-popular four-part comedy series Kis Ki Aayegi Baraat (2009–2012), and Hum TV's acclaimed comedy drama series Suno Chanda (2018) and its sequel Suno Chanda 2 (2019). For her contributions towards the television industry, she was honoured by the Government of Pakistan with the Pride of Performance in 2011.
