Andaz Apna Apna is a 1994 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Vinay Kumar Sinha. It stars Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karishma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Shakti Kapoor in lead roles. The film was released on 4 November 1994 and the plot elements of the film were later used in other language films such as Ullathai Allitha (1996), Veedevadandi Babu (1997) and Galate Aliyandru (2000), though none being a frame-to-frame remake. Although the film was a semi-hit at the box office, the film has emerged as a cult film over the years. The lexicon of the film has become part of everyday and ordinary language. The climax of this film is a rehashed version of the climax of a 1972 film Victoria No. 203.

Maine Pyar Kiya is a 1989 Indian Hindi-language romantic musical film directed by Sooraj Barjatya, who co-wrote the film with S.M. Ahale. Produced by Rajshri Productions, the film stars Salman Khan and Bhagyashree. It marked the debuts of Barjatya and Bhagyashree. Principal photography took place in Mumbai and Ooty. The film score and soundtrack was composed by Raamlaxman while Asad Bhopali wrote the lyrics.

The film stars an ensemble cast with Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Mohnish Bahl, alongside Neelam, Mahesh Thakur, Reema Lagoo and Alok Nath. The story centers on a joint family and its values and togetherness, who grow apart after a misunderstanding.

Ready is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language masala film directed by Anees Bazmee. Produced by T-Series Films, Rawail Grandsons Entertainment and Software Pvt. Ltd., Sohail Khan Productions and Eros International, the film is the official remake of the 2008 Telugu film of the same name directed by Srinu Vaitla. The film stars Salman Khan and Asin Thottumkal in their second film together after London Dreams. Ready was distributed by Wave Cinemas and One Up Entertainment. Khan also narrated the film, while the story was written by Gopimohan and Kona Venkat.

Prem Anand is an Indian music director and composer. He usually works in Odia film and television industry. In 2006, he started his career as a music director through the Odia movie Tu Eka Ama Saha Bharasa and worked as a music director in more than 60 Odia films. Apart from Odia films, he composed music for Odia daily shops, Bhajans and Jatra songs. In 2009, Anand worked as a music director for the Hindi film Dekha Bhai Dekh in 2019, he composed music for Bollywood film Luv U Turn. Apart from Odia and Hindi films, he composed music for Marathi and Bengali films. He composed the 2023 Men's FIH Hockey World Cup anthem.

Sundergarh Ra Salman Khan is a 2018 Indian Odia-language comedy film, starring Babushaan. The Film is also the debut film of Divya, as the female lead. The film was released on 13 June 2018 on Raja Festival of Odisha that falls in mid June 2018. This film is remake of 1999 Malayalam film Udayapuram Sulthan.

Humane Sagar also transliterated as "Human Sagar", is an Indian playback singer who works mostly in Ollywood Industry. He has won the reality singing competition "Voice of Odisha Season 2" in 2012.

4 Idiots is a 2018 Indian Odia language comedy film directed by Basanta Sahoo and starring Sabyasachi Mishra, Akash Dasnayak, Kuna Tripathy, Chittaranjan Tripathy, Elina Samantray, Lipsa Mishra and Poonam Mishra. The music is composed by Prem Anand.

Sriman Surdas is a 2018 action comedy Odia language feature film directed by Ashok Pati and Produced under banner Tarang Cine Productions. It is a remake of the 2017 Telugu film Andhhagadu.Babushaan and Bhoomika Dash played lead roles in the film.

Prem Kumar: Salesman of the year is a 2018 Action Odia language film directed by Tapas Sargharia and produced under banner Tarang Cine Productions. The movie stars Anubhav Mohanty, Tamanna Vyas and Shivani in lead roles. The movie is a remake of 2016 Punjabi movie Ambarsariya.

Nimki is a 2019 Indian Odia language political propaganda film directed by Susant Mani. Varsha Priyadarshini plays lead role in this movie.

Diptirekha Padhi, also known as Dipti Rekha, is an Indian Odia playback singer and actress from Odisha. In 2023, she won the 31st Odisha State Film Awards for the Best Female Playback Singer for the year 2019.
