Priyanka Sarkar is an Indian film and television actress who mostly works in Bengali films. She started her career working in the Bengali television industry in 2003 while she was only 12 years old. Later she worked in several serials like Swapner Rong Nil, Aastha, Khela, and Nana R angar Dinguli as a teenager. She also worked as a child actor in the movie Dadar Adesh along with Bengali superstar Prasenjit Chatterjee. Her big career breakthrough came when she got the opportunity to star in the movie Chirodini Tumi Je Amar as the leading actress. The film released in 2008 and went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters in the Bengali film industry.

Ankush Hazra is an Indian actor, film producer, dancer and television personality in the Bengali film industry. He debuted in 2010 with the film Kellafate. He has also appeared in Khiladi, Kanamachi, Ami Shudhu Cheyechi Tomay, Villain, Bibaho Obhijaan, Magic, FIR and Mirza. He launched the film production house Ankush Hazra Motion Pictures on 15 August 2022.

Biswajit Chakraborty, is an Indian film actor who appears predominantly in Bengali movies. He was born in Kolkata, West Bengal. His debut movie was Sunya Theke Suru directed by Ashoke Viswanathan. He has acted in more than a 100 movies including Autograph, Bye Bye Bangkok, Bhooter Bhabishyat and Bollywood movie Kahaani 2.

She also acted in promotional advertising.

Golondaaj is a 2021 Indian Bengali-language historical sports drama film directed by Dhrubo Banerjee and produced by Shrikant Mohta and Mahendra Soni under the banner of SVF. The film stars Dev, Alexx O'Nell, Anirban Bhattacharya, Ishaa Saha, Indrasish Roy, John Bhattacharya, Mirchi Agni and Srikanta Acharya. It is based on the life of Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari, "Father of Indian football". The film was a blockbuster at box-office. Despite Tonic was a blockbuster at box-office but at the end it's runtime Golondaaj was a clean 'theatrical' blockbuster. At Filmfare Awards Bangla 2021, Dhrubo Banerjee won Best Screenplay award for Golondaaj.

SOS Kolkata is a 2020 Indian Bengali-language action thriller film written and directed by Anshuman Pratyush and produced by Jarek Entertainment and Pratyush Production. The film starring Yash Dasgupta, Mimi Chakraborty, Nusrat Jahan and Sabyasachi Chakraborty is about a suspected terrorist attack and how the army, police and the common people come together to save lives and work against wrongdoings. The filming resumed on 6 July 2020, after lockdown due to the pandemic.

<i>Baazi</i> (2021 film) 2021 Indian Bengali action-thriller film

Baazi (transl. Challenge) is a 2021 Indian Bengali-language action thriller film directed by Anshuman Pratyush and produced by Jeet, Gopal Madnani and Amit Jumrani under the banner of Jeetz Filmworks Pvt. Ltd. It stars Jeet and Mimi Chakraborty and is an official remake of the Telugu film Nannaku Prematho (2016). The film was shot in London and the shoot was wrapped up in October 2020. It revolves around a man (Jeet), who vows to take revenge in order to give his father a new life. The film was to release on 14 May 2021, but got postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic aftermath. It was released on 10 October 2021 coinciding with Puja holidays.

Anushree Das is an Indian actress of Bengali cinema and television. Her first acting assignment was Shosti Theke Shosti a jatra that starred Supriya Devi in the lead. She made her silver screen-debut in Bhabesh Kundu's Bengali film Bourani (1991).

The film was released on 10 October 2021 coinciding with the Puja holidays. The film premiered on ZEE5 on 22 October 2021, 12 days after the release.

Media. The film stars Dev and Rukmini Maitra. The supporting cast includes Kharaj Mukherjee, Anjana Basu, June Malia and Kamaleshwar Mukherjee.

It is a sequel to Durgeshgorer Guptodhon and the third film in Sona Da franchise. The film released on 30 September 2022, coinciding with Durga Puja, under the banner of SVF Entertainment. The film was a blockbuster at the box office and one of the highest-grossing Bengali films of all time.

The film stars Dev as the title character with Sreeja Dutta, Sudipta Chakraborty, Shoaib Kabeer, Rohaan Bhattacharjee, Carl A. Harte and Alexandra Taylor in pivotal roles. The film is based on the life of Bagha Jatin, a freedom fighter who fought for Indian independence along with fellow members of the Jugantar. The film features a total of 92 freedom fighters.
