Prafulla Kar was an Odia musician, singer, lyricist, writer and columnist. He was also famous for his Odissi Music recital. He received Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award by the Government of India in 2015 for his contribution in the field of arts.

Sabyasachi Mishra is an Indian actor known for his work in Odia Cinema. He is referred to as "Superstar of Ollywood". Pagala Premi was his first movie, for which he earned an Odisha State Film Award for Best Actor. Sabyasachi got his second state award for Emiti Bi Prema Hue. He won the Filmfare Awards East as best actor for Mu Eka Tumara in 2013.

Pahada Ra Luha is a 2015 Indian Sambalpuri language feature film directed by Sabyasachi Mohapatra. The film has won 63rd National Film Awards for Best Feature Film in Odia category.

Gloria Mohanty was an Indian theatre, television and film actress who worked in the Odia film industry. She was honoured with the State's highest honour for contribution to Odia cinema – the Jayadeb Puraskar in 1994 and Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1992. Cultural organisation Srjan awarded her Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Award for the year of 2011. and Life Time Achievement Award from Cultural organisation Ghungur in 2012.

<i>Hello Arsi</i> 2018 Odia language film

Hello Arsi is a 2018 Indian Odia romantic drama film written and directed by Sambit Mohanty, and produced by Ajaya Routray. The film stars Partha Sarathi Ray and Prakruti Mishra. The film background score was composed by sound designer Subash Sahu, and its soundtrack was composed by Mitrabhanu Mohanty. Critics praised the screenplay, story, and the acting of lead actress Prakruti Mishra. Director Sambit Mohanty, who died shortly after filming, posthumously won a Rajat Kamal award for Best Screenplay (Dialogue).

Amiya Patnaik was an Indian filmmaker and producer in the Odia film industry called Ollywood. His notable works were Hakim Babu and Tulasi Apa. The former won the 33rd National Film Awards for Best Feature Film in Odia and the latter winning the Odisha State Film Award in Six Categories.

Tamanna Vyas is an Indian actress who works in Odia film industry. She made her debut in the movie Joker opposite actor Papu Pom Pom in 2015. She has been selected in the Top-10 list of the Miss Diva - 2018 in Mumbai.

Subodh Patnaik was a screenwriter and dialogue writer in Odia language films. He also received Odisha Sahitya Academy Award for his book 'Ho Bhagate' for category One-act play in 1990.

Diptirekha Padhi, also known as Dipti Rekha, is an Indian Odia playback singer and actress from Odisha. In 2023, she won the 31st Odisha State Film Awards for the Best Female Playback Singer for the year 2019.

Bhala Pae Tate 100 Ru 100 is a 2015 Indian Odia language action comedy film directed by Sudhanshu Sahu. Babushan and Sheetal Patra play the lead roles in the film. The movie is a remake of 2007 Kannada movie Krishna whose second half was based on the 2002 Tamil movie Unnai Ninaithu.

Chha Mana Atha Guntha is a 1986 Indian Odia language feature film directed and produced by Parbati Ghose.Bijay Mohanty and Parbati Ghose played lead roles in the film and Sarat Pujari in a negative role. The movie is based on the novel Six Acres and a Third by Fakir Mohan Senapati.

Barsha Patnaik is an Indian actress, born in Paradip, Odisha. She works in Odia cinema industry. Her debut film was Tulasi Apa. Debut film earned her success as she was awarded Best actress in 27th Odisha State Film Awards presented by the Government of Odisha.

Pupul Bhuyan is an Indian actress, television presenter, and model who has mostly appeared in Odia films, telefilms, daily shops, and reality shows. She started her film career in Ollywood in 2013 through the 1st Odia 3D film Kaunri Kanya along with Kavya Keeran. In 2018, she was crowned as the winner at Opera Mrs. India Global pageant.

Jyoti Ranjan Nayak is an Indian actor who mostly appears in Odia Film Industry. He started his career in Ollywood through Mitha Mitha directed by Shrikant Gautam. But his first release was Dele Dhara Katha Sare. Later he appeared in Tu Mo Hero, Happy Lucky, Dil ka Raja, Nijhum Rati ra Sathi, Ole Ole Dil Bole, etc.
