Referred to worldwide by his fans as "Dynamic Superstar" for his roles in action films, Siddhanta has acted in more than 180 movies with most of them (160) being lead roles. He is the only actor to win 7 Odisha State Film Awards back-to-back, during 2000–2006, including five Filmfare Awards East awards, and the only actor to win National Award For Best Actor in a Negative Role for 2010, in Swayamsiddha. He is one of the few actors to attract a fan following from multiple states of India. He has produced and distributed 100 movies under his venture Omm Divya Vision Home Motion Picture, which was founded in 1992, in association with Divya Bharti.

He has acted over 60 Odia-language movies and directed about 19 others. Pattanaik was instrumental in introducing other actors including Anubhav Mohanty, Sabyasachi Mishra and Babushaan. He died of cancer on 13 January 2015.

Bijay Mohanty was an Indian actor of Odia Cinema. He was honored a National Film Award.

Sindura Nuhein Khela Ghara is a 1998 Indian Odia-language romance film directed by Rabi Kinagi. The film's music was composed by Swarup Nayak. The movie was dubbed in Bengali as Sindur Niye Khela. The movie is a remake of 1986 Kannada movie Anuraga Aralithu.

Minaketan Das Odia actor

Minaketan Das was an Indian actor active in the cinema of Odisha.

Bhubaneswari Mishra was an Odissi classical singer and playback singer. She was a disciple of Adiguru Singhari Shyamsundar Kar. She was married to Dr. Jagamohan Misra, who was a popular physician and poet of Puri town. Her daughter Kasturika Mishra is also a trained classical vocalist.

Subodh Patnaik was a screenwriter and dialogue writer in Odia language films. He also received Odisha Sahitya Academy Award for his book 'Ho Bhagate' for category One-act play in 1990.

Ajit Das was an Indian actor, director and playwright. He started acting in Ollywood with the Odia film Sindura Bindu.
