PK is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language science fiction comedy-drama film edited and directed by Rajkumar Hirani and written by Hirani and Abhijat Joshi and jointly produced by Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra under the production banners of Rajkumar Hirani Films and Vinod Chopra Films, respectively. A religious satire, the film stars an ensemble cast of Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Boman Irani, Saurabh Shukla and Sanjay Dutt.
Dhamaal is an Indian comedy film series directed and co-produced by Indra Kumar. The first two films featured Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Ashish Chaudhary, and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles. The third installment also featured Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Johnny Lever, Boman Irani, Mahesh Manjrekar and Madhuri Dixit along with the original cast, but Dutt and Chaudhary did not appear in the third film. Dhamaal was released on 7 September 2007. The film spawned two sequels: Double Dhamaal (2011), which was a direct sequel to the first film, and Total Dhamaal (2019), which was a reboot inspired by the story of the first film.
