He has written two reference books for students of ghazals, Ghazal: Roop ane Rang (2006) and Ghazal Nu Chhandovidhan (2008). The later work contains original research that may be applicable to prosody of all north Indian languages. He has written lyrics for several Gujarati and Hindi language movies. The Indian National Theater of Mumbai awarded him the Shayda Award for 2001 and the Kalapi Award for 2016 for his contributions to Gujarati ghazal poetry.

After making her acting debut as a child artist in Saandeep Patel's Moti Na Chowk Re Sapna Ma Ditha, she played her first leading role in Vijaygiri Bava's drama film Premji: Rise of a Warrior, which won 10 prominent Gujarat State Awards, including Best Film. She is known for her roles in the films Love Ni Bhavai,Chaal Jeevi Laiye, Aum Mangalam Singlem.

Parth Bharat Thakkar is a music director and singer from Gujarati cinema. He is known for his works in Gujjubhai the Great, Chhello Divas, Daav Thai Gayo Yaar and Love Ni Bhavai.

Patan Thi Pakistan is a 2013 Gujarati film, starring Vikram Thakor, Pranjal Bhatt and Firoz Irani. Jaimini Trivedi, Paresh Bhatt, Bimal Trivedi, Kaushika Goswami, Rohit Mehta and Trambak Joshi acted in supporting role. Directed by Haresh Patel and produced by Govindbhai Patel, The film tells the story of an inter-religious couple. It was released on 1 November 2013 and was a blockbuster of the year. The film is loosely based on 2001 Hindi film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.

Dadudan Pratapdan Gadhvi, also known as Kavi Dad, was a Gujarati poet and folk singer from Gujarat, India. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2021.

Raunaq Kamdar is an Indian actor known for his work in Gujarati cinema and Gujarati theatre.

Kinjal Dave is an Indian singer known for her work in the Gujarati music industry. Kinjal began singing at a young age and gained fame with her hit song "Char Bangdi Vali Gadi" in 2017. Since then, she has released many popular songs and has performed at various events in India and abroad. Kinjal is known for her traditional Gujarati folk music and has won several awards for her contribution to the music industry.

Gajab Thai Gayo! is a 2022 Indian Gujarati-language science fiction comedy children's film written and directed by Neeraj Joshi. The film stars Malhar Thakar, Pooja Jhaveri and Ujjwal Chopra in lead roles.
