Rajesh Sharma is an Indian actor who acts in Hindi and Bengali films.
He was born in Ludhiana, India and worked in Kolkata. There he started acting in a theatre group named 'Rangakarmi' in Kolkata. He is an alumnus of the National School of Drama, New Delhi. [1] Rajesh Sharmam married and later became divorced from Sudipta Chakraborty, a Bengali actress; he has been married to Sangeeta Sharma since 2011. [2]
Rajesh Sharma made his Bollywood debut with the 1996 Hindi movie, Maachis. [3] After this, he started acting in Bengali films from early 2000s. [4] in Maachis, Rajesh Sharma co-starred with Chandrachur Singh, Jimmy Shergill, Raj Zutshi, Tabu and Om Puri. In 2000, he made a comeback in Bengali-film titled, Paromitar Ek Din. [5] It was written and directed by Aparna Sen. After acting in a few more Bengali films, he came back to Bollywood in 2005 with the film Parineeta. It was Vidya Balan's debut movie where she acted against Saif Ali Khan.

Ashok Kumar, was an Indian actor who attained iconic status in Indian cinema. He was considered the first big star of Hindi cinema as well as the first lead actor to play an anti-hero. He also became the first star to reinvent himself, enjoying a long and hugely successful career as a character actor. He was a member of the cinematic Ganguly family. He was honoured in 1988 with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest national award for cinema artists, by the Government of India. He also received the Padma Bhushan in 1999 for his contributions to Indian cinema.
Alda Sinha, better known by her stage name Mala Sinha, is a former Indian actress who has worked in Hindi, Bengali and Nepali films. Initially starting her career with regional cinema, she went on to become a top leading actress in Hindi Cinema in the late 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s. In a career spanning four decades, Mala Sinha rose to prominence with films like Guru Dutt's Pyaasa (1957) and Yash Chopra's Dhool Ka Phool (1959). Later, she starred in over hundred film productions including Phir Subah Hogi (1958), Hariyali Aur Rasta, Anpadh, Dil Tera Deewana (1962), Gumrah, Bahurani, Himalay Ki God Mein (1965), Aasra (1966), Ankhen, Do Kaliyan, Maryada (1971). She was known as the "daring diva" and "torch bearer of women's cinema" for essaying strong female centric and unconventional roles in a range of movies considered ahead of their times. Having received multiple awards and nominations, she was given the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.
Mithun Chakraborty is an Indian actor, producer and politician who predominantly worked in Hindi and Bengali language films. He is a former Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament. He is the recipient of three National Film Awards for Best Actor and Four Film Fare Awards. Sunglass is a 2013 bilingual Indian comedy thriller film written and directed by Rituparno Ghosh. The film is a satirical comedy about the seven-year itch between a husband and wife and how their life turns topsy-turvy with the entry of what seems to be an ordinary pair of antique sunglasses. Neeraj Pandey is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter who works in Hindi cinema. Pandey made his directoral debut in A Wednesday!, which was largely praised by critics and which later became a recipient of many accolades. His second film was Special 26 (2013), which was followed by Baby (2015), both of them received critical acclaim and became commercial success. He served as a producer in Rustom (2016).
