This is a list of casual vacancies in the Tasmanian House of Assembly since 1965. Casual vacancies in the House of Assembly are filled by a countback of the votes of the departing member.

Meegan Fitzharris is a former Australian politician, who was a member of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly for the Yerrabi electorate from October 2016 to July 2019, and before that, member for the electorate of Molonglo after she won a countback to fill the Legislative Assembly seat vacated by former Chief Minister, Katy Gallagher, in January 2015. She was the Minister for Transport and Municipal Services, Minister for Higher Education, Training and Research and Minister for Health until her resignation from politics in July 2019.

Nicholas Adam Street is an Australian politician. He was elected to the Tasmanian House of Assembly in a countback conducted on 1 March 2016, to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of Paul Harriss, and served until his defeat at the 2018 state election. He was then re-elected on 6 February 2020, filling a vacancy caused by the resignation of Will Hodgman.

Jayson Richard Hinder was an Australian lawyer and politician. He was elected as a Labor Party member of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly for Ginninderra electorate, in a countback conducted on 3 March 2016 to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mary Porter. He was defeated at the general election in October. Hinder was killed in a motorcycle accident in California in April 2017.

James Keith Milligan is an Australian politician. He was a Liberal member of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly from 2016 to 2020, representing the electorate of Yerrabi. He ran a graphic design publishing business before his election, and was communications director of the Gungahlin Community Council.

John Ewart Tucker is an Australian politician. He was elected to the Tasmanian House of Assembly in a countback conducted on 12 March 2019 to fill a vacancy in the electorate of Lyons caused by the resignation of Rene Hidding. He was re-elected in his own right in 2021.
