Maria Lea Carmen Imutan Salonga-Chien, is a Filipina singer and actress. Primarily known for her work in theatre, she has starred in musicals on West End and Broadway. Her accolades include a Tony Award and a Laurence Olivier Award, in addition to nominations for two Grammy Awards. She was conferred with the Presidential Medal of Merit in 1990 and the Order of Lakandula in 2007, and was honored as a Disney Legend in 2011.

Regina Encarnacion Ansong Velasquez is a Filipino singer and actress. She is considered one of the most influential figures in Philippine popular culture and is known for her vocal range and belting technique. She had unorthodox voice training during her childhood, where she was immersed neck-deep in the sea. Velasquez rose to prominence after winning the television talent show Ang Bagong Kampeon in 1984 and the Asia Pacific Singing Contest in 1989. Under the name Chona, she signed a recording contract with OctoArts International in 1986 and released the single "Love Me Again", which was commercially unsuccessful. The following year, she adopted the stage name Regine Velasquez for her debut studio album, Regine (1987), under the guidance of Viva Records executive Vic del Rosario and producer Ronnie Henares. She explored Manila sound and kundiman genres on her second and third studio albums, Nineteen 90 (1990) and Tagala Talaga (1991).

Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, known professionally as Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino actress. Known for her penetrating eyes and antagonistic roles in film and soap operas, she was a recipient of various accolades, including five Gawad Urians, two Luna Awards, and a FAMAS Award, in addition to an Asian Film Awards nomination. She is the only Filipino to win the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actress for the movie Ma' Rosa (2016). She was also described as the "Queen of Underacting" for her ability to deliver restrained and subtle performances.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">La Diva (group)</span> Filipino pop girl group

La Diva was a Filipino pop girl group, first established for the now-defunct musical variety-show SOP. The group is composed of two winners and a runner-up of Pinoy Pop Superstar. The line-up was originally composed of Jona Viray, Aicelle Santos and Maricris Garcia. The group's final line-up included only Aicelle Santos and Maricris Garcia; Jona departed the group on December 15, 2013. La Diva has sold more than 20,000 albums in the Philippines, and earned several achievements including Awit Awards and two PMPC Star Awards for Music. These successes lead the group to being the fourth best-selling female group in the Philippines behind the Sexbomb Girls, Aegis and the Mocha Girls. They are known for the 2012 hit "I Know He's There," which was featured in the OST of Legacy.

The ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra is a Filipino radio orchestra based in Manila. It was founded in 2012 with financial support from ABS-CBN Corporation and First Philippine Holdings Corporation. It is composed of 40 instrumentalists. The orchestra's musical director and conductor is Gerard Salonga.

Roselle Paulino Nava-Tan, professionally and more commonly known as Roselle Nava, is a Filipino singer, film and television actress, and former politician. She is a multi-platinum female singer in the Philippines and one of the most in-demand divas during the '90s era. She is tagged as the "Philippines' Sentimental Diva" and the "former supreme songbird of ABS-CBN". She was formerly dubbed as the "90s Philippine Pop Queen". She started her career as a part of ABS-CBN's defunct youth-oriented show Ang TV (1992–1997) together with Jolina Magdangal, Claudine Barretto, Antoinette Taus, etc. She was also a regular host and performer of ASAP, the Philippines longest variety show, from 1995 to 2004 and since 2015.

Johanne Morissette Daug Amon, known professionally as Morissette and sometimes as Morissette Amon, is a Filipino singer, songwriter, and record producer. She has been referred to as "Asia's Phoenix". At age 14, she emerged as a runner-up in TV5's Star Factor and made her theatrical debut in 2012 as Mitchie Torres in Repertory Philippines' production Camp Rock: The Musical. She received wider notice as a semi-finalist in the first season of ABS-CBN's The Voice of the Philippines. She has a wide vocal range and has used of the whistle register in some songs.

Filipino singer Jona has released two studio albums, one extended play and fifteen singles. In addition, her songs have been used in 23 films and television series. In 2005, she won the television talent show Pinoy Pop Superstar and released her solo debut album On My Own the same year. It was certified Gold by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI), selling 15,000 units in the country. In 2013, she released her debut EP Jonalyn Viray under Creative Media Entertainment. Upon release, it became one of Astrovision /Astroplus best sellers and spawned the commercially successful single "Help Me Get Over". The song won 'Song of the Year' at the 6th PMPC Star Awards for Music and earned nominations at Myx Music Awards.
