This is a list of township-level divisions of the municipality of Tianjin, People's Republic of China (PRC). After province, prefecture, and county-level divisions, township-level divisions constitute the formal fourth-level administrative divisions of the PRC. However, as Tianjin is a province-level municipality, the prefecture-level divisions are absent and so county-level divisions are at the second level, and township-level divisions are at the third level of administration. There are a total of 244 such divisions in Tianjin, divided into 106 subdistricts, 118 towns, 19 townships and 1 ethnic township. This list is organised by the county-level divisions of the municipality.
After re-organize of Ji County to be Jizhou District in 2016, all 16 county-level divisions of Tianjin Municipality are Districts.

Shishou is a county-level city under the administration of the prefectural-level city Jingzhou, in the south of Hubei province, near its border with Hunan province, and is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The Swan Islet Wetland of the Yangtze River in this area is the world's largest national natural reserve both for wild elks(Milu, or David Deer) and for Chinese river dolphins. The Shishou City National Baiji Reserve for Chinese river dolphins is nearby. It shares its name with a stream flowing into the Yangtze River. In addition, the area enjoys convenient transportation, with an hour's drive from Yueyang East Railway Station on the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway line, and 70 kilometers (43 mi) from Jingzhou Railway Station on the Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu high-speed railway line. Moreover, Shishou boasts a diversified landscape, including mountains, hills, lakes, rivers, terraces and plains, as well as abundant resources such as rice, cotton, oil plants, eggs, fish, and lotus roots.

The city's urban area is located on the left bank of the Han River a few tens of kilometres upstream from Wuhan. However, the county-level city as an administrative unit also includes some land on the right bank of the river as well. The city has been served by the Hanchuan railway station on the Wuhan–Yichang railway. Hanchuan is a sister city of Martinez, California, United States.

It has a total area of 83 square kilometres (32 sq mi), and a population of approximately 402,062. The district's postal code is 244000 and 244031. Tongguan District was established after the merge of Tongguanshan District and Shizishan District in October 2015.
