Los Prisioneros were a Chilean rock/pop band formed in San Miguel, Santiago, in 1983. They are considered one of the most important Chilean bands, and one of the strongest musical influences that Chile has made to Latin American music. In addition, they are considered pioneers of Rock en español by Latin American media and musicians, and the band with strongest socio-political impact in Chile. Their roots date back to March 1979, when their core members entered high school. From their beginnings in 1983 at the Festival de la Canción del Colegio Miguel León Prado to their first limited release album in Chile under the record label "Fusión Producciones", they struggled to make themselves known until they were able to sign with EMI Records in 1985, re-releasing their first album on LP record and cassette. From that point on, they reached mainstream success in Chile, then in Peru. Los Prisioneros created a simple punk sound with a mix of rockabilly, reggae, and then pop rock and synthpop.
MTV Unplugged is a live album by Bob Dylan, released on May 2, 1995, by Columbia Records. It documents Dylan's appearance on the then-highly popular MTV Unplugged television series, recorded at Sony Music Studios in New York City on November 17 and 18, 1994. It gave Dylan his best sales in years, reaching US No. 23 and going gold, while hitting No. 10 in the UK. The performance was released on DVD in March 2004, including a 5.1 surround sound mix.

The album comprises fifteen tracks and was produced by the band alongside Joe Blaney, who had previously worked with them on MTV Unplugged (1996). The cover for the album contains an advertisement from the Spanish encyclopedia Monitor, released during the sixties.
Anamaría Tijoux Merino, commonly known by her stage name Ana Tijoux or Anita Tijoux, is a Chilean-French singer and musician. She became famous in Latin America as the MC of hip-hop group Makiza during the late 1990s. In 2006, she crossed over to the mainstream of Latin pop after her collaboration with Mexican songstress Julieta Venegas in the radio hit "Eres para mí". Tijoux has often been praised for "exploring sensitive matters devoid of violence." She gained more widespread recognition following her second solo album, 1977, and later with La bala (2011) and Vengo (2014) which brought her a Best Artist of the year award in the 2015's Premios Pulsar.
Javiera y Los Imposibles is Chilean pop band led by Javiera Parra, granddaughter of Chilean folk musician Violeta Parra. The band was formed when Álvaro Henríquez from Los Tres met Javiera and helped her to produce the first album Corte en trámite together with other musicians.

It is a concept album that musicalizes the homonymous poem by Chilean poet Pablo Neruda that appeared in his 1950 book Canto General. Prior to its launch, an television special recorded in the ruins of Machu Picchu was presented on Chilean and Peruvian television.
Ángel Cereceda Orrego, also known as Ángel Parra Orrego or just Ángel Parra Jr., is a Chilean musician and producer. A prominent guitarist, member of the rock band Los Tres for 25 years, and leader of his jazz group Ángel Parra Trío active since 1989. He is recognized as one of the best Chilean guitarists because he fluently handles languages such as jazz, rock, and folklore. He is the son of Chilean singer-songwriter Ángel Parra and Marta Orrego Matte, and grandson of Violeta Parra, being a member of the Parra family, one of the most prolific musical clans in Chile.
