Ma On Shan Plaza is a shopping centre in the town centre of Ma On Shan in the Sha Tin District of Hong Kong.
Ma On Shan Plaza is located on Sai Sha Road, and is connected to the Sunshine City Plaza and the Ma On Shan station of the MTR Tuen Ma line by footbridges. It is an associated shopping centre built together with the residential estate of Bayshore Towers, developed by Cheung Kong Holdings.
The shopping centre has been noted for its indoor merry-go-round for the amusement of visitors who purchase items in any shops in the shopping arcade up to a certain amount. The merry-go-round, together with the water-operated clock tower next to it, has been the symbol of the Ma On Shan Plaza. There are a few places for children to play, for example Jumping Gym [1] [2] where visitors can play on game machines.

City One Shatin is a residential precinct in Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. The estate occupies approximately 1,800,000 square feet of land. The estate was named City One as it is on Lot 1, Shatin Town. It has a census area population of 24,758 people. City One is the largest private residential estate in Sha Tin District. There are a total of 52 blocks of residential buildings with 10,642 units. Each tower is about 30 storeys with units ranging from 389 square feet (36.1 m2) to an area of 1,018 square feet (94.6 m2), offering different floor plans.
Sha Tin, also spelt Shatin, is a new town along Shing Mun River in the eastern New Territories, Hong Kong. Administratively, it is part of the Sha Tin District. The plaza, which used to be a Japanese department store called Yaohan, contains many small stores including fashion, stationery, and music shops.

Fortune City One is one of the two shopping centres of City One, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is owned by Cheung Kong Holdings. It is connected to nearly apartments and another shopping centre in City One, Fortune City One Plus, just across the street, by bridges.
Mountain Shore is a private housing estate in Tai Shui Hang, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong. The estate is one of the Hong Kong Housing Society's Sandwich Class Housing Scheme projects converted into private developments.

Ma On Shan Park is a public park located at 12 On Chun Street in the town centre of Ma On Shan town in the Sha Tin District of Hong Kong's New Territories. It is situated next to the shopping centre of Ma On Shan Plaza. The natural scenery of Pat Sin Leng and Tolo Harbour can be viewed from the park. The park occupies 5.5 hectares of land, and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The opening hours are from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.
