Anthony Michael Bourdain was an American celebrity chef, author, and travel documentarian. He starred in programs focusing on the exploration of international culture, cuisine, and the human condition.
Salatut elämät is a Finnish television soap opera that premiered on MTV3 on 25 January 1999. The series' storylines follow the daily lives of several families who live in the same apartment block in Helsinki. The series primarily centres on the residents of Pihlajakatu and its neighbouring areas. Only four of the original twenty characters Ismo, Kalle, Aki and Kari still remain in the series, and most of the series' current characters have made their debuts in 2014 or later. Ismo is the only character who has never left the series.

In it, host Anthony Bourdain visits various countries and cities, as well as places within the U.S., where he explores local culture and cuisine. The format and content of the show is similar to Bourdain's 2001–2002 Food Network series, A Cook's Tour. The show premiered in 2005 and concluded its nine-season run with the series finale episode (Brooklyn) on November 5, 2012.

The Amazing Race Asia 1 is the first season of The Amazing Race Asia, a reality television game show based on the American series The Amazing Race. Hosted by Allan Wu, it featured ten teams of two, each with a pre-existing relationship, in a race around Asia and the Pacific Rim to win US$100,000. This season visited two continents and eight countries and travelled over 39,000 kilometres (24,000 mi) during twelve legs. Starting in Kuala Lumpur, teams travelled through Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, India, the United Arab Emirates, before returning to Malaysia and finished in Kuching. Applications were accepted through 31 March 2006. The season began on 9 November 2006 on AXN Asia and the season finale aired on 1 February 2007.

The season premiered on 30 September 2023 on Nelonen and concluded on 16 December.
