Mahsayeh (Persian : ماه سايه‎, also Romanized as Māhsāyeh; also known as Māsāyeh)^[1] is a village in Reza Mahalleh Rural District, in the Central District of Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 119, in 31 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Reza Mahalleh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,535, in 3,863 families. The rural district has 54 villages.
