Nemat Sara (Persian : نعمتسرا, also Romanized as Ne‘mat Sarā) [1] is a village in Bibalan Rural District, Kelachay District, Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 497, in 132 families. [2]
