Mamakavah (Persian : مامكاوه‎, also Romanized as Māmakāvah; also known as Mamaga and Māmakāvā)^[1] is a village in Gavork-e Nalin Rural District, Vazineh District, Sardasht County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 397, in 75 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Gavork-e Nalin Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Vazineh District, Sardasht County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,682, in 1,682 families. The rural district has 45 villages.

Vazineh District is a district (bakhsh) in Sardasht County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 31,369, in 5,343 families. The District has one city: Mirabad. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Gavork-e Nalin Rural District and Melkari Rural District.
