Matt Kemp (born January 25, 1999) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 12 Ford for Fast Track Racing.
From 2014 to 2015, Kemp would make select starts in the Midwest Indoor Racing Series Arena-Mini Cup Division and the Vores Compact Touring Series in the North Division before making a lone start in the Great Lakes Super Mini Cup Series. [1]
In 2019, Kemp would run full-time in the Midwest Classic Racers Series, driving the No. 1a entry, where he would win one race at South Bend Motor Speedway and would finish in the top-ten in all the races on the schedule on his way to finish third in the points standings. He would go on to finish second in the points and win six races between 2020 and 2021. In 2022, Kemp would win seven races and would once again finish in the top-ten in every race, and would go on to win the championship over Troy Hoffman by over fifty points. [1] [2]
In 2023, Kemp would make his debut in the ARCA Menards Series at Berlin Raceway, driving the No. 12 Ford for Fast Track Racing, where he would start twelfth and finish thirteenth due to issue with the rear end of the car. [3] He would then make another start at Iowa Speedway, where he would also make his ARCA Menards Series East debut, as it was a combination event with the main ARCA series. He would start fifteenth but finish nineteenth after 29 laps due to mechanical issues. [4]

Richard Allen Bickle Jr. is an American former professional stock car racing driver. Now retired from NASCAR racing, Bickle, who never completed a full season in the NASCAR Cup Series, had a long history in short track racing. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel described him in 2012 as a "stud on the short tracks in the late 1980s and early '90s and a journeyman who rarely caught a break in NASCAR." He won three NASCAR truck races and had a career-best fourth-place finish in the Cup Series in 218 career NASCAR starts.
The Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) is an auto racing sanctioning body in the United States, founded in 1953 by John Marcum. The current president of ARCA is Ron Drager, who took over the position in 1996 following the death of Bob Loga. The ARCA Menards Series races stock cars similar to those seen in past years in the NASCAR Cup Series, and indeed most cars used in the Menards Series were previously used in NASCAR. ARCA's competitor "Frankie" contain a mix of both professional racers and hobby racers alike, in addition to younger competitors trying to make a name for themselves, sometimes driving as part of a driver development program for a NASCAR team. ARCA Menards Series races are broadcast on Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2 or MAVTV, and they have been previously broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2, USA Network, TNN, Prime Network, CBS Sports Network, NBCSN, TBS and TNT.
Grant McArthur Enfinger is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 23 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing, part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Legacy Motor Club, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 97 Chevrolet SS for CR7 Motorsports. Tyler Randal Gibbs is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 54 Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing and part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 19 Toyota Supra for JGR.
