Matthew Francis Beach (born 22 December 1977) is a New Zealand taekwondo practitioner of British origin. [2] Beach qualified for the men's heavyweight division (+80 kg) at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, after winning the Oceanian Qualification Tournament in Nouméa, New Caledonia. [3] He lost the preliminary round of sixteen match to China's Liu Xiaobo, with a score of 1–4. [4] [5] Beach currently resides in Wellington, New Zealand, where he is employed by SBS Wealth Service as the head of Client Care.

She also claimed the middleweight division title at the 2005 Summer Universiade in Izmir, but won a silver medal at the 2007 Summer Universiade in Bangkok, Thailand, losing out to Chinese Taipei's Lin An-Ni in the final match.

She won a silver medal for the 57 kg class at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, losing out to Mexico's Irma Contreras. She later followed that up with a bronze medal four years later at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada.

Nguyễn Thị Hoài Thu is a Vietnamese taekwondo practitioner. She is a three-time medalist for the women's featherweight division at the Southeast Asian Games. He also captured a silver medal in the same division at the 2007 Summer Universiade in Bangkok, Thailand, and eventually defeated Slovenia's Ivan Trajkovic for the gold at the 2012 European Taekwondo Championships in Manchester, England. He defeated Philippines' Tshomlee Go in the preliminary round of sixteen, before losing out the quarterfinal match to Thailand's Chutchawal Khawlaor, who was able to score two points at the end of the game.

Hasan qualified for the men's 68 kg class at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, after placing third from the World Qualification Tournament in Manchester, England. He lost the preliminary round of sixteen match to Peru's Peter López, with a score of 1–3.
