Matthias Mellinghaus (born 10 May 1965 in Iserlohn, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a competition rower and Olympic champion for West Germany.
Mellinghaus won a gold medal in the men's eight at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, as a member of the rowing team from West Germany. [1]
Matthias Witthaus is a field hockey player from Germany, who was a member of the Men's National Team that won the bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and the gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and again at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
