The McKenzie Apartments is a residential high-rise building in Seattle, Washington. The 40-story skyscraper, located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, was completed in 2018 and has 450 apartments.
Clise Properties, which owned much of the Denny Triangle prior to the 2010s development boom, proposed a 40-story high-rise residential building on the site in early 2014. [3] An elliptical design was unveiled in October 2014, at the request of a design review committee and residents of a nearby condominium building. [4] [5]
The $284 million project, partially funded by a loan from the Bank of the Ozarks, broke ground in December 2015. [6] [7] It opened in July 2018. [8]
The ground floor includes a Wild Ginger restaurant, the company's third location in the Seattle area, which opened in August 2018. [8] [9]

Construction on Cirrus, then known as 2030 8th Avenue, began in May 2013 and opened in 2015. The building was originally designed for condominiums but was reconfigured for smaller apartments by architects Weber Thompson after GID Development desired a move to the rental market.

Kinects is a residential skyscraper in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The 440-foot-tall (130 m), 40-story tower has 357 apartments and a 3,500-square-foot (330 m2) restaurant at its base. It was completed in July 2017, after two years of construction. The building is located along Minor Avenue between Stewart and Howell streets, on the same block as the under construction AMLI Arc and Tilt 49 complex.
