Mehrinabad (Persian : مهرين اباد‎, also Romanized as Mehrīnābād; also known as Mehrānābād)^[1] is a village in Aq Bolagh Rural District, Sojas Rud District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 160, in 36 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Aq Bolagh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Sojas Rud District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,996, in 1,226 families. The rural district has 18 villages.

Sojas Rud District is a district (bakhsh) in Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 27,344, in 6,101 families. The District has one city: Sojas. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Aq Bolagh Rural District and Sojas Rud Rural District.
