Yuz Bashi (Persian : يوزباشي‎, also Romanized as Yūz Bāshī; also known as Yoozbash Cha’i and Yūzmāshe)^[1] is a village in Shivanat Rural District, Afshar District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 85, in 19 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Shivanat Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Afshar District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,963, in 1,919 families. The rural district has 29 villages.
