Menathais intermedia is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk, in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails. [1]
Menathais Intermedia is a moderately small snail with a rough, bumpy surface. [2] It can be found in the Indo-Pacific; east Africa, northeast and southeast Asia. [3] It is found in tropical waters and is considered benthos which means that it lives on the sea floor. Menathais Intermedia is a non-broadcast spawner.
