He has won Bangladesh National Film Awards for three times as the Best Male Playback Singer for his performance in the films Premer Taj Mahal (2001), Laal Doriya (2002) and Dui Noyoner Alo (2005).
Satya Saha was a Bangladeshi composer, and musician. His notable composed songs are "Chena Chena Lage" by Shyamal Mitra, "Dukkho Amar Basor Raater Palonko", "Chhiti Dio Protidin" by Sabina Yasmin, "Mon Bole Tumi Asbe", "Rupali Nadire", "Bondho Hote Cheye Tomar" by Khurshid Alam, "Akasher Haate Ache" by Shammi Akhter, "Tumi Ki Dekhecho Kobhu" by Abdul Jabbar, "Oi Dur Digonte", "Mago Ma Ogo Ma" etc. He earned three Bangladesh National Film Awards in 1994, 1996, and 2001 in music director and composer categories. In 2013, he was awarded Independence Day Award after his death. He was the father of musician Emon Saha and film director Sumon Saha.
Abul Khair was a Bangladeshi television and film actor. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor four times for his roles in the films Dohon (1984), Rajlakshmi Srikanta (1987), Onno Jibon (1995) and Dukhai (1997).
Mahmudun Nabi was a Bangladeshi playback singer. He was awarded Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer for his performance in the film The Rain (1976).
Khaleda Aktar Kolpona is a Bangladeshi film actress. She also appeared in theater, modeling and drama. She won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film The Master of Jinns (1989).
Kanak Chapa is a Bangladeshi singer. She received the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer three times, for her performance in the films Love Story (1995), Premer Taj Mahal (2001) and Ek Takar Bou (2008). Ali Akram Shuvo is a Bangladeshi music director who has composed music for films like Ohongkar, O Sathii Re, Chandragrohon, Khodar Pore Ma etc. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director for the latter in 2012 and earned Bachsas Award for Best Music Director two times: in 2008 and 2012.
Toma Mirza is a Bangladeshi film actress. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for the film Nodijon (2015).

Bashir Hossain is a Bangladeshi film editor and director. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Editing three consecutive times, for the films Lathial (1975), Matir Maya (1976), and Simana Periye (1977). Although best known as an editor, he also directed the 1966 film 13 Number Feku Ostagar Lane.
Atikur Rahman Mallik is a Bangladeshi film editor. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Editing twice for the film Dui Jibon (1988) and Anya Jibon (1995).
Jinnat Hossain is a Bangladeshi film editor. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Editing twice for the film Satya Mithya (1990) and Commander (1994).
Nazrul Islam Shamim is a Bangladeshi film actor. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role for the film Ondhokar (2003).
