The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is a ministry of the Government of India which came into existence on 26 May 2014 after the formation of the First Modi ministry under the premiership of Narendra Modi. YouWin is a youth development scheme established in Nigeria by administration of the former president Goodluck Jonathan. The central aim of the scheme is to empower the Nigerian youths by providing grants to small business owners. It is run as a competition where entrants submit their business plans which are evaluated by the Enterprise Development Center of the Pan-African University. Winners receive up to N10 million, paid in instalments, subject to adherence to the submitted plan. The programme is a private and public initiative that finances outstanding business plans for young entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
