Keegan Connor of Westfield was crowned Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen on June 17, 2022 at the Zionsville Performing Arts Center in Zionsville, Indiana. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Teen 2024 in January 2024.
In January of 2023, the official name of the pageant was changed from Miss Indiana’s Outstanding Teen, to Miss Indiana’s Teen, in accordance with the national pageant.

The Miss Arizona competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Arizona in the Miss America pageant. Arizona has twice won the Miss America title. The first Miss Arizona, Anna Marie Barnett, was crowned in 1938.
The Miss Minnesota competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Minnesota in the Miss America pageant. Women from Minnesota have won the Miss America crown on three occasions. The most recent winner was Gretchen Carlson in 1989.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2008 was the 3rd Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on August 11, 2007. At the conclusion of the event, Maria DeSantis of Texas crowned her successor Caitlin Brunell of Virginia. The pageant was hosted by Miss America 2007 Lauren Nelson and performer Billy Flanigan.
Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2010 was the 5th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theatre in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on August 15, 2009. Taylor Hanna Fitch of South Carolina crowned her successor Jeanette Morelan of Wisconsin at the end of the event. This was the first time that Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen captured the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen. Miss America 2009 Katie Stam was an emcee for the pageant.
Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2011 was the 6th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theatre in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, on July 29, 2017. Jeanette Morelan of Wisconsin crowned her successor Lacey Russ of Oklahoma at the end of the event. This was the first time that Miss Oklahoma's Outstanding Teen captured the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen. Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron hosted the pageant.
Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 was the 14th annual Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held in Orlando, Florida on July 27, 2019. The preliminary competition was held on July 23-25, 2019.
