At the end of the event, Ilene de Vera crowned Sharifa Akeel as Mutya ng Pilipinas-Asia Pacific International 2018. Including her crowned are the new court of winners: Julieane Fernandez was crowned as Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2018, Kheshapornam Ramachandran was crowned as Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism Queen of the Year International 2018, Pauline Amelinckx was crowned as Mutya ng Pilipinas Global Beauty Queen 2018, and Jade Skye Roberts was crowned as Mutya ng Pilipinas Overseas Communities 2018. Mary Justine Teng was named first runner-up, while Kristine Malicsi was named second runner-up. [1]

Mutya ng Pilipinas (MNP), in 2019 known as Mutya Pilipinas, is one of the two oldest annual national beauty pageants in the Philippines (est. 1968). The other being the Binibining Pilipinas pageant (est. 1964). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the competition was not held in 2020 and 2021.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2004, the 36th edition of Mutya ng Pilipinas, Inc., was held on July 7, 2004 in Manila. Jedah Hernandez, came out victorious as the winner of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2004. The pageant was made into a reality TV-type of competition wherein the candidates is eliminated gradually until the finals. Known for its innovation and trendsetting TV formats, ABC 5 has launched "Buhay Beauty Queen: The Search for Mutya ng Pilipinas 2004". Wherein all contestants undergo a 14-week training under the tutelage of well-known trainers and beauty experts. The winner receives 1 million pesos and will represent at Miss Asia Pacific International pageant.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2001 was the 33rd edition of Mutya ng Pilipinas. It was held at the now closed NBC Tent in Taguig, Metro Manila on June 9, 2001.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2003 was the 35th Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant, held on May 31, 2003. Jamie Liz Castillo proclaimed as the winner of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific who bested 23 other candidates.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2000 was the 32nd edition of Mutya ng Pilipinas. It was held at the AFP Theater in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Metro Manila on May 13, 2000.

Andrea Koreen Garcia Medina also known as Koreen Medina is a Filipino beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific Int'l for Miss Intercontinental 2013. She competed at the Miss Intercontinental 2013 pageant in Magdeburg, Germany on December 14, 2013 where she placed 3rd runner-up.

Sharifa Mangatong Areef Mohammad Omar Akeel or Sharifa Akeel is a Filipino model who was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International 2018. Previously, she was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas 2018. In the 2022 Sultan Kudarat gubernatorial election, she ran for the province's governorship, losing to Datu Abdullah Sangki Mayor Pax Ali Mangudadatu.
