Neil Vincent Wake (born July 2,1948) is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Born in Phoenix,Arizona,Wake received a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in 1971 and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1974. He was in private practice in Arizona from 1974 to 2004.
On October 22,2003,Wake was nominated by President George W. Bush to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona vacated by Paul Gerhardt Rosenblatt. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 12,2004,and received his commission three days later.

Born in Albany,Preska received law degrees from Fordham University School of Law and New York University School of Law. She practiced law in New York City from 1973 to 1992 at the law firms of Cahill Gordon &Reindel and Hertzog,Calamari &Gleason. President George H. W. Bush appointed her to the district bench in 1992. She served as chief judge of the court for a seven-year term from 2009 to 2016,and took senior status in 2017. President George W. Bush nominated Preska to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2008,but the Senate did not act on the nomination.

A daily average of 42,188 immigrants were held by ICE in that year. In addition,over twelve thousand immigrant children are housed by facilities under the supervision of the Office of Refugee Resettlement's program for Unaccompanied Alien Children. Prior to referral to these other agencies,the CBP holds immigrants at processing centers;between mid-May and mid-June 2019,it held between 14,000 and 18,000 immigrants.
