The Newmarket Saints are a Junior "B" box lacrosse team based in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. The Saints play in the OLA Junior B Lacrosse League. Founded in 1979, the Saints lacrosse club has built a rich history over the last four decades. Initially based out of Scarborough, the team raised its first Founder's Cup in 1985. Seven years later the Saints tasted glory again, winning the 1992 Jr B Championship.
After 21 years, the Saints moved from Scarborough to their current home in Newmarket in 2006.
Hundreds of talented players have proudly worn the red, white and blue team colours, a number of whom went on to play professionally.
2018 marks the 40th season for the Saints lacrosse club.

The Ontario Lacrosse Association is a not-for-profit sport organization and a member association of the Canadian Lacrosse Association, the national governing body for lacrosse in Canada. The Ontario Lacrosse Association is the largest provincial lacrosse governing body within Canada. The mission of the OLA is to govern, improve, foster, and perpetuate the sport of lacrosse in Ontario. It was established in 1897.
Major Series Lacrosse (MSL) is a Senior A box lacrosse league based in Ontario, Canada sanctioned by the Ontario Lacrosse Association. Most of the star players in the league play or have played in the National Lacrosse League. Each year, the playoff teams battle for the right to compete against the Western Lacrosse Association champion for the Mann Cup every September. The championship is hosted alternately between Ontario and British Columbia every year.

The West Durham Ironheads are Junior "B" box lacrosse team from Pickering, Ontario, Canada. The Ironheads play in the OLA Junior B Lacrosse League.
The Mimico Mountaineers or Mimico Lacrosse Club is a Jr. A box lacrosse association in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Mountaineers operate junior-age and younger teams. Their home arena is Mimico Arena in the Mimico neighbourhood of Toronto. Beginning in 2015, their primary junior team will be a member of the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League. From 1993 until 2014, the Mountaineers were members of the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League.
The Nepean Knights is a minor lacrosse association playing within the Ontario Lacrosse Association. The name is also shared by The Nepean Knights Jr. B and a newly formed (2019) Junior C team. While the Jr. B team is privately owned, the Junior C team is owned by the minor association.
The Oakville Buzz are Canadian box lacrosse team from Oakville, Ontario, Canada that play in the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League. The Buzz played in the OLA Junior B Lacrosse League from 2001-2018. The Buzz won the 2006 Founders Cup Canadian Junior B National Champions.
