Orthophytum duartei is a plant species in the genus Orthophytum .

The bromeliad is endemic to the Atlantic Forest biome (Mata Atlantica Brasileira), located in southeastern Brazil.^[1] It is native within the states of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais.^[1]
