Owleh Kari-ye Tula Rud (Persian : اوله كري طولارود‎, also Romanized as Owleh Karī-ye Ţūlā Rūd) is a village in Tula Rud Rural District, in the Central District of Talesh County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 822, in 168 families.^[1]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Tula Rud Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Talesh County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 19,061, in 4,280 families. The rural district has 35 villages.
